One of the major areas that many people have trouble determining, and far too often err on the side of not near enough – is frequency in their marketing actions. What’s new in Marketing

Taking a rain break from harvest today. Nice to have a break, but to be honest, would rather be getting harvest done as it is getting late in the year. Checking out what is happening in relation to marketing, a few noteworthy things came up. BDC – Business Development Canada – not sure if enough business owners and entrepreneurs know about BDC.  They need to do more / better marketing.  But they do come up with some innovative ideas and some great content.  Remember content can be in many forms and BDC created a website tool that then shares the results in social media.

WordPress

WordPress is quickly becoming a standard web creation platform. It was originally a blogging platform. WordPress then added more functionality – the ability to have static pages and full featured menus. This allowed WordPress to be used to create full websites rather than simply a blog. I am sure you have read about this marketing tactic. You probably have had it suggested to you by some marketing consultant (yes that may have even been me 🙂 ).
